Life-Cycle Analysis for Your Portfolio
What does the end of your locations cost? Get in touch.
A recommendation for every location, backed by numbers
You know what a new location costs. What it costs over its entire life usually remains open: maintenance, refurbishment, strip-out, handover. I calculate this for your network or a region. For each location, you get a recommendation: keep, refurbish or strip out. I include CO₂ emissions if you need them.
For this, I need leases, floor areas and your costs. I send you the list in advance. The analysis takes 2–3 weeks. The starting point is a pilot with 10 locations. Afterwards, you will see whether the result works for your network.
