Lease-End Strip-Out Check
Do you know what your location will cost at the end of the lease? Get in touch.
Calculate strip-out and handover before it is too late
When a lease expires, the landlord often requires the premises to be stripped out. Many only find out what that costs at handover. By then, there is nothing left to negotiate. I calculate in advance, for 3–5 locations, what strip-out, handover and residual value will cost and what the lease requires. The format is a workshop with your team or a one-day consultation.
Lorem ipsum is placeholder text commonly used in the graphic, print, and publishing industries for previewing layouts and visual mockups.
What you get:
- Expected strip-out, disposal and handover costs for each location, as a range
- An assessment of what your fixtures and fittings are still worth or can be reused
- The contract risks at a glance, including what you can still negotiate before the lease ends
- A sequence showing which location to tackle first
On-site pre-demolition audit
Once the locations for strip-out are set, the pre-demolition audit for the interior fit-out follows. It shows what has been installed and what can be reused. I link this to your costs and the lease. This makes the strip-out plannable and turns circularity into a number, not an intention.
What I review at each location:
- Material inventory: plasterboard, timber, metal, glass, plastics
- Reuse (urban mining): partition walls, doors, lighting, shopfittings and sanitary fixtures that can be removed without damage
- Strip-out and waste management plan: waste codes and separation requirements for the site
How it works:
- Documents: lease, as-built drawings, alteration history
- Site visit at each location
- Audit report with costs, strip-out and waste management plan
