Data first, then the decision
Floor areas, year of construction, costs, consumption, leases: in many store networks, this information is scattered. Without an overview, there is no decision on refurbishment or strip-out. I organise your data so you can manage your network. At a retail chain, I set up CAD standards, cost overviews and approval processes for more than 60 stores. I work with current digital tools. The structure will later fit into BIM and CAFM systems (digital building models and facility management software).
